My scales arent budging and I go Wed. to get weighed in . i am drinking water till I float and still feel like I am retaining fluid and I am doing my diet, but I just dont seem to be losing any weight . Friday Sept. 26th Just shoot me, I really screwed up my diet today. I took my grandson Riley to get his cast off his wrist today. I am in a rut! I think that is what you call it. I have things to do but no motivation or energy so the longer they stay undone, the more depressed I get. I don't have much trouble getting started with work but I do with the walking. If I skip more then 2 days, I always lose something.
