hi everyone I'm new to this group had my hysterectomy when I was 24 because of severe endometriosis,my dr took me off my estrogen,the hot flashes are horrible any suggestions

Just want to welcome you,,Evening Primrose oil caps and vitamin B6 can help but talk to your Pharmicist before you try , I still have an 8th of my right ovary so i cant comment, but i have had hormone treatment before and the hot flushes i know can be a killer
