this may sound like a strange question but its been playing on my mind i live in stoke on trent and i am waiting for an appointment for a hysterectomy what i want to no is do i need to shave before the op as noone has said anything about this or is this done when you go in for the operation

has any one had C section births and now having a hysterectomy. My sister is in England with the good old National Health Service and her doctor has put concerns in her mind about having hysterectomy with previous scare tissue and the fact she could end up with colostomy. She is having ahysterectomy due to suffering with endometroiosis. Many Thanks

I was told/read not to shave myself because it could cause infections. They do it when you're out or right before-
