Hello everyone!!! I had the robotic hysterectomy on Monday and it's really not that bad. Don't get me wrong, I'm sore as heck, but I'm glad I did it. I hope everyone is doing well, take care. ~heather

yeah!!! yeah!! i am so glad you are home and doing well!!! i have two weeks and counting now!! i hope mine goes well too:) i can't wait to get this over with to.... i am tired of thinking about it ya know!:)

I hear you! Trust me, you're going to be sore so try to get all housework etc done before you go in! My house is an absolute mess and I can't do a damn thing about it! Husbands and cleaning do not go together, at least in my world, lol! You'll be fine, trust me. I didn't even get that much swelling or gas, lol!!!! You will be hooked up to a machine that gives you morphine through an iv so you won't feel much pain the first night. My problem was when they took me off the iv they gave me oxycodone and I got so sick from it. They even kept me an x~tra night because I couldn't hold anything down. Then they switched pain meds and I was fine. Trust me, you'll be ok. Just make sure you have help and that you take it easy. Have a good day! ~heather

Iam so glad to hear from you. My thoughts and prayers have been with you since the day you went in. wow..sounds like robotic is the better way to go. anyway Im glad to see you back! yeah..my house was a mess but I couldnt do anything about it. My hubby helped as much as he could. It just really got to me to see everything out of place!! Take it slow and easy. xx Staci
