To you young women who are feeling blue or fearful, my heart goes out to you. I can't even pretend to know what you're going through.

To those who are recovering from surgery today, best wishes for a speedy recovery (and if someone offers help, be sure to take it).

To everyone, I wish you a little holiday cheer. Hope your Hanukkah, winter solstice, Christmas, or Kwanzaa is wonderful. Stay warm.
