" You should be able to eat just about anything by now. I know the first few days after my hyst. I was told to eat light. If you have a sensetive stomach than try foods you allready know wont upset it but other than that anything you eat shouldnt cause pain again. You can try small amounts of regular food that you have eaten before your hyst. Try them out and if they dont do anything to you it should be ok..Taste test..lol. You can always ask your doctor as well. They would help guide you in the right direction...Good Luck! "

" lol..I know I felt like a mac truck hit me after my hysterectomy!..I couldnt get up out of bed with out help from my husband for a good 2 weeks. The gas was horrible. It traveled up to my shoulders and my neck. Thank god I didnt have to have the staples on my incision. They used a derma bond glue and a lot of it !! Take care! "
