I was just diagnosed with this and it has to do with the pituitary gland, which in turn affects your thyroid. I have an appointment with my endo on the 29th of july. I have been trying to read about it but not really understanding it all. I am a little freaked out.

I have not heard of this, but I'm sure things will be cleared up with your Endo provided he/she is patient and kind and helpful-- sending you best thoughts and wishes for this!!
... I looked up a few sources and it doesn't sound dangerous, and there doesn't seem to be any invasive/extreme treatments, so that's good! http://www.merck.com/mmhe/sec13/ch...
