I was lucky to find a good doctor, when I found out I had hypothyroidism. The GP I went to first, said your thyroid isn't that bad, your TSH is only 5.9... (Give me a break!!!)
Take care,

" Jon and Chippers, I am saddened at our doctors these days, back in the old days, doctors treated you based on your symptoms, today our doctors rely on blood tests which are not always very accurate. Jon, good for you (you are one of the lucky ones) for finding a good doctor, most doctors are very close minded about treating anyone for thyroid problems if their TSH is normal (as mine is).
Keep in touch.
