I hope all goes well.
The test is really easy. At 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 12am you put a cotton thing in under the tongue and keep it there for about 5 minutes until it is completely soaked. (It's good to think about yummy foods to make you mouth salvate.) Then put it in a tube and into the refrigerator. The next morning it has to mailed to the lab.
The test I took checked for more than just cortisol. If I remember right, it also tested SIgA, it tested for antibodies against gluten, and other adrenal hormones that I'm sorry I can't remember right now. I think it also tested something to do with insulin levels.
I will have to try and find it to see all what was tested.
The PS-100 I take is from Metabolic Maintenance. I take one 100mg softgel in the afternoon. it contains:
phosphatidylerine 100mg
phosphatidylcholine 25mg
phosphatidylethanoiamine 2.5 mg
phosphatidylinositol 1.5 mg
In the directions it says 1-3 per day.
I hope this helps.
