Advice:
Armour 2 x daily?
Watch this
View More Posts Ignore
I have recently been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Started on one medication which did nothing and then began with 60 mg of Armour. I have some difficulties with symptoms in the afternoon and two friends who take Armour twice a day because of a short T-3 half life. Does anyone out there take Armour twice a day? What has led to your doing so?

Thank you.

" Previously was taking 60 MG's of Armour and my thyroid levels were still in the low/normal range. I've been increased to 90 MG's daily... and I felt like it was too much. I've been taking 60 MG's in the am and 30 MG's in the PM and that seems to be working. I'll have blood levels checked in a few more weeks and follow-up appointment on 9/15.... "
