" Edward Krimmel “Low Blood Sugar Handbook” http://www.amazon.com/Low-Blood-Su... is a good place to start. Cut out all convenience foods and candy. Maintain a diet of natural foods where no chemical/synthetic additives are included!!! Reduce sugar intake both fruit and regular sugar. Do not begin to consume all kinds of artificial sugars. Follow the Krimmel book for how much and when to eat certain foods. Everyone is different so you may find things bother you that don’t bother other hypoglycemic and vice versa. For example, I am sensitive to apples and bananas but can eat a slice of cheesecake every now and then! After you detox it will be up to you and your body to see what you repond to. Spinach and Oatmeal (not together) have been great stabilizers for me. "

" Hey, I've been on a hypo diet for a couple of months now. Slipped up a couple of times because it's hard! I warn you, you've gotta be disciplined.

This really helped me:

Good luck with it. It has helped me somewhat. Now, whenever I eat the wrong things, I can really feel their effects :/

The first few weeks are the worst. You feel awful - but stick with it! I've heard that taking glycerin helps, but I have no idea where to find it. "

" I really like Hypoglycemia for Dummies. It was easy to follow and gave advice for how to deal with the problems that arise fromhypoglcemia. The food suggestions are helpful and if you are into supplements and vitamins there's great information. "
