I'm sleeping more, eating less, and wanting to die.
I'm on this other site so I'm rambling. Sometimes it gets so bad that I only eat one thing a day. I'm finding it hard to care now. I'm about to get swallowed in a cesspool of debt anyway. I have no more options. I have $30 in the bank and no money coming in. Blood trips are astronomical, meds are $70 together. Food is too expensive, why should I eat that damn much. Parents can't help they're poor now too. Posted on 09/25/09, 02:09 am |

Social Services? Food pantrys? Catholic Charities?
You need to eat. Eating the right foods is what keeps you SANE. And right now you seem to be struggling with your sanity. Contact your doctor. Don't give up. God loves you so much.

Hey, I am very familiar with poverty. It's extremely stressful. As cansing says, you need to get help. If you can't get to a food bank or some other service, find someone who can help you. Find a local church (they won't care what your religion is) or community service on the internet. Asking for help will help you turn your life around and someday you'll be a stronger, wiser person for having gone through this.
You are young. You will be happy again, you need to take steps toward that. Get food. Eat. Do you have electricity and a stove? If so, eggs are a good source of protein and you can cook them with vegetables that you find on sale. Peanut butter is expensive for a jar but it can give you many meals for the price. Once you start eating regularly you will undoubtedly feel much better. There may be a way for you to get coverage for your meds. Talk to your doctor's office staff or call DSHS. If you can't afford to call you can find a local DSHS email address with a little research. These services are intended to help- make use of them. You can do something later on to pay back somehow. One day you'll be able to help others.
