Okay, so I have "diagnosed" myself with reactive hypoglycemia. I have all of the syptoms. However, I just "tested" myself. Went to a crepe place. Had a crepe that had cinnamon sugar on it. Lots of cinnamon sugar. Went with some coworkers..and didn't want to push it away.
Anyway, nothing has happened. I don't have that severely hungry feeling after eating this about 15 minutes ago. ?????

" If you really think you may have blood sugar issues, you should see a doctor to get a diagnosis. There's a lot more to reactive hypoglycemia than a "severely hungry feeling" after eating something sugary, and many lists of symptoms of hypoglycemia could easily apply to completely healthy people or people with any number of other disorders. There's really only one way to know for sure, and that's to see a doctor. Personally, I wouldn't want to convince myself that I had to live like a hypoglycemic if I didn't have it, because I would much rather eat like a normal person. Maybe you're fine! "
