I am new here.I have been thinking that maybe the panic attacks that I have had for years might be more from hypo than panic.
The drop in blood sugar and panic feelings seem the same.

" yes I have both. And I can honestly say now that 80 percent of my panic attacks are low blood sugar. I got one of those blood test meters to use when I feel panicky and if it's below 80 for me that's low and I eat and feel better after a little while. It's a good thing.. at least I know I'm not crazy :) I would suggest one of those meters!! "
