They also seem to curb my appetite. I really like them. They dont taste the greatest, but I'm feeling a lot better.

They seem to keep my blood sugar up consistently. Low carb meals do the same thing, but I get mad carb cravings when I just eat protein. These seem to help with cravings. "

" hey guys, i hust found out the hard way that not all extend bars are created equal.

There are two different kinds,
1-Extend Bar Delight-1-2 grams of net cars each, and
2-Extend Bar Crunch-10 grams of net carbs each.

10 grams per bar is too many for me and I have a negative reaction to the Crunch Bars... "

" alicia, I can wait as long as I want between bars with no hypoglycemia. But remember, I am a reactive hypo.

My numbers before were from high 70s on a good day and would sing to 40s when I get an episode... "

" hi macfish i just ate one for lunch & with in a hour my bs was 76 & mine doesnt drop that low that fast even if i do eat carbs. it usaully takes 2 hours to go down into the 80s, so i dont know why they didnt work for me. "
