sounds interesting...thanks for that.
I'll tell you one thing that works for me, is Zone bars (fudge works best) If i only eat these bars, I will have 0 low blood sugar symptoms, but it seems very restrictive to just eat bars all day...but darn do i feel good. I'm experimenting with low carb dinner with these bars for breakfast and lunch. Thanks again for info, I'll check them out.

But i forgot to say...I am a reactive hypo, and NOT eating really does not affect my blood sugar...
Only eating high carb foods sets me off, and then i feel crappy for days.

They help me a little bit definately can't go nine hours but used as a snack or breakfast type thing and it helps alot.

I did try the Extendbar 2 days and while they might have helped a little both nights I woke up with a stomach ache. I think maybe it was the soy. So now I"m afraid to eat any more.

hey guys...i got the extend bars yesterday.
I ate one for breakfast, one for lunch, one for a snack, then a low carb dinner. I woke up today and tested my blood sugar and had the highest reading ever!...99 I'll report back, but I think they work. Thanks for posting the info molly.
