I was just reading a post asking about what you can eat on the hypo diet. Then I did a search and found what I consider to be two very informative sites to help newbies. My problem? I can't find the post I was reading, so I can make a reply to it. Therefore, I'll just list the two sites here, and maybe the one wanting info will stumble on to it, and maybe others might get some good info, also.
