hi i was reading that licorice root, HY-A & spirulina help with hypoglycemia. any thoughts on then im thinking about tring them.

" You can try.. I've also heard that fresh ginger or fresh ginger made into a tea can help too.. Diet is going to be the main help :) But give it a try I'd say "

" i love licorice root tea, i drink it after meals and it seems to help. i just feel stable. its worth trying, but you have to be careful. if you have blood pressure problems and stuff it can be bad. "
