symptons that affect only one side?normal?

with hypo I get most of the symptons on one side(limping,numbness,)I just wondered if that is normal.I mean I get a bunch of symptoms too but the limping is the most common one.When the hypo is resolved the limp stops ..thanks for your help

" Its normal for me as well. When my Hypo acts up, the tripping begins. My right foot suddlenly goes a bit numb and I trip or stumble. Sometimes I'll get up from the seated position and limp a bit when I walk. "
