symptons that affect only one side?normal?

with hypo I get most of the symptons on one side(limping,numbness,)I just wondered if that is normal.I mean I get a bunch of symptoms too but the limping is the most common one.When the hypo is resolved the limp stops ..thanks for your help

well, it's normal for me. mine is the left side. I get a migrain on the left side, and my left knee begins to hurt, and my limbs on my left side "fall asleep".

Its normal for me as well. When my Hypo acts up, the tripping begins. My right foot suddlenly goes a bit numb and I trip or stumble. Sometimes I'll get up from the seated position and limp a bit when I walk.
