" When I was eating candy bars and carbs as snacks it made me much worse and just more hungry all the time. I do better when I eat protein with every meal and especially anytime I have a little sugar or starch. I eat nuts, cheese, and sometimes apples for snacks.

If I eat sugar as a snack or drink a sugar drink without enough protein I get sick...nauseated, ulcer symptoms, and stomach pain. "
