How to remember to make healthy choices

Does anyone have any advice on how to remember how bad you feel if you eat bad foods? I know that probably didn't make any sense. After I crash I do really good watching what I eat, but gradually I'll forget and the bad foods find there way back and I crash again. I don't think I'm alone with this one, but if anyone has any advice I'd love to hear it. Thanks
