Hi:
It looks like you will need to adjust the Synthroid since you are below ranges with the Free Ts and your TSH is quite hypO. {{{hugs}}} P.S. You want to find the right amount of replacement med that you are on to get the Free Ts to the mid ranges and see if you feel your best there at... :-)

have been on 100 for about 6 weeks now and doctor just told me to go to 125.
It's crazy how one can go from hypER to hyPO in a few short weeks!

Let's see if the 125 mcg of Synthroid helps you. If you lab again anytime after six weeks, that should be fine and see if you're on track... :-)
