upper abdomen pain and tightness

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I was on PTU for 3 months and doing fine, but I switched to methimazole because of the FDA warning regarding liver disease and PTU. I had only been on methimazole for 1 day when I started having upper abdominal pain especially after I eat. I feel like I can't eat anything. I haven't taken any metimazole for 2 days and I am still having this problem. My last labs showed that my Free T4 is slightly low so I may be a little hypo. I can't figure out if this is from the tapazole or because I might be a little hypo. So can anyone relate to this. I have Graves.

Thanks,
Lisa
