Hi there:
You're now in range with the Free T3 and the Free T4. Is your doctor dosing you to get your TSH to come up? If so, the TSH is affected by thyroid antibodies. We dose by the Free Ts only. Check with your doctor about dose reduction since your Free Ts are in the ranges. Are you splitting up the Carbimazole into two or three divided doses through out the day? {{{hugs}}} :-)

P.S. If your doctor insist on dosing you to get the TSH to come up, it will bring the Free Ts down to low and you will get hypO. Aim the Free Ts at mid ranges to see if you feel your best there at.

Here's couple of links explaining why one does not does according to the TSH as TSH is falsely skewed by thyroid antibodies:
http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.c... http://www.thyroidmanager.org/Chap... If it were me, I'd go and look for another doctor who will not dose the Carbimazole to the TSH, but to the Free T4, especially. {{{hugs}}}

Yes ma'am that's correct about having an RAI or a TT (Total Thyroidectomy) does make one hypO. Replace meds will need to be taken for the rest of the life as not to go hypO.
{{{hugs}}} :-) P.S. You can post, ask more questions, research over at the Graves' Disease board. We have more people helping out there who've had an RAI or a TT to answer your questions. :-)
