I just got my blood test results of 0.009. I'm waiting for the doctor to call me back. The nurse said this is extremely low. Any advice? Anyone have this low of a test result?

" If you are referring to the TSH blood test then yes I did. My first test came back at 0.008. I was told it means you are extremely hyperthyroid. With medication I have gotten back to the "normal" range and have been doing fine. "

" Get the thyroid levels of the Free T3 and the Free T4 done to see where you are at. Going by the TSH levels alone is not the answer.

" I was not extremely hyperthyroid at all with FT4 still in range and FT3 4.75(2.3-4.2) I think my pituitary really reacts when the thyroid hormone is off at all and the tsh goes down. Mine was undetectable at first. With Graves the antibodies make the tsh low, usually. Find out your TSI. "
