for weeks now my neck has been stiff and hurts. it feels like i have whip-lash, but i havent done anything strange to my neck. its driving me crazy and really hurts. has anyone else had this?

Yes, I've been going to a physio and also had acupuncture on it and apply a heat pack regularly. Tonight I'm off for a massage too, mine is nearly gone. I just changed my pillow to a lovely goose down one and I think that is helping. Could be your pillow or the way you sleep perhaps. I work in an office and therefore I am on the computer all day and I believe this doesn't help either.
