I was aweful today. I know it's just one day, and I will get back on track, and it's not the end of world. I have been doing quite well.
BUT
I was aweful. My family all went to my brother's for my niece's bday party. Which meant pizza, cake and beer for me. I just needed to vent that I was bad today. 4 beers, and 5 slices of pizza, it was our lunch and supper...plus i was buzzed off...1 Recommendation
