I have been trying to loose weight and drop a dress size but that is going very slowly. My doctor says I really just don't have much more weight to loose, and that I simply need to tone up my muscles in order to look slimmer. She says there is a lot of fat that I can loose, but that will take twice as long by just doing fat-burning exercises than actually trying to build muscle.
