Hi im 20 and a girl an i suffer from primary hyperhidrosis :(

i totally get what you mean about it making you miserable it has completely ruined my life :S

me too =) i suffer from hyperhidrosis like you. but i guess I'm not a teenager anymore.. lol =p

hi...i'm 15 and a girl and i've had hyperhidrosis for the past 4 years of my high school life. i'm trying to be positive, but no one in my entire family or any of my friends know about this. i've kept it hidden for so long, and i'm tired of it. please tell me what i should do to at least tell my mom.

hiii tlspatches. =) first of all, you shouldn't be afraid of telling your mom about the problem. Parents love their children, no matter what.

I have hyperhidrosis too, since i was 9 or so. From my experience, some people won't understand your (our) situation, while some might. Don't waste your time on those who can't understand, theey're just annoying. lol

So i guess you should start off by telling your mom, or your dad (whoever u find is closest to you, maybe a sister or a brother?) but you don't have to tell them if you think it's not that big of a deal. But if you need someone to talk to at home, im sure your parents will be the best choice.

i completely understand what you guys mean.im 15 and i've had HH all my life and it sucks but i just started telling my close friends about it.its not as bad as i thought but im still avoiding getting into relationships and stuff so....

Hi i am 13 and I think I have it, it has an impact on my whole life! I stay away from boys the most I can, even some friends who are sometimes just to truthfull, is there any suggestions that you guys have for me?
