Gone to the Dr and have no thyroid problem?

I hate when I google things to find the main reason is a thyroid problem. I have no thyroid problem - I almost wish I did. Has anyone else had any other reason this comes up? Mine is head/face, and I've tried everything I can think of - showering earlier before I go out, totally getting ready and sitting to cool off for hours before I leave the house, etc. It doesn't seem to matter - once I'm out, 20-30 minutes later my hair is drenched. Its socially debilitating! I'm told I could try xanax, but honestly, it makes me fall asleep and its hard to be sweating/stressing when you are sleeping.

I have a doctors appt next Friday but I don't have high expectations for it. I cut about 10 inches off my hair recently just so if I was sweaty (ha if) it'd be shorter and hopefully less obvious.
