I had surgery about 10 years ago and although my hands are a little better over the years i have got worse and worse compensatory sweating particularly around my groin and bottom. this causes a lot of soreness and also embarressment when i sit down and leave a wet patch on the seat. i also cannot wear a great deal of clothing as it looks like i have wet myself. does anyone have any advice on how to cope with this?
