i'm new to homeschoolin. my health is keepin me out of the skool. i am 19 and a senior, and i shoulda gradated allready. but i havent cuz i missed too many days one year and was held back. not my fault. when i was 12 i had cancer and the chemo weakened my immune system. i get sick easily so one year was just real bad 4 me. but i kept goin. now tho the cancer is back so my parents just pulled me outta skool. i spend most of my time in the hospital anyway so i couldnt go. and ive already missed 2 many days. but this lady comes to the hospital when im well enough and teaches me so that i can graduate. i wanna b outta highschool, but i miss my friends. seein them everyday. it gets sooooooooo lonely. ahhhhh. neway just thought id introduce me.

Hi, you are an amazing person. Just remember to take it one day at a time and I am sure you will accomplish your goal to get thru hs on your time schedule.

my teach says i'm progressin well, and if i pass her final exams, then i might b able to graduate w/ my class :-)

Yes I agree you ARE an amazing person! You hang in there! If you set your mind to it YOU really can do anything. I belive in the power of GOD and prayer also. I will be praying for you! I home school my 14 year old who is a layed back very nice kid. Do you have an xbox? He would love a friend to play via xbox live with. Send me a message if you want his gamer tag babajules.

Hi there. You do sound like an amazing young person. I wish you all the best. I've been very ill too over the years with cystic fibrosis, and it can get very very lonely. I hope you will regain your health and do all the things that you want to do. I home educate my 12 year old daughter and she loves it. There's a place on here called the serenity room, I don't know if you've been there. It's a really nice bunch of people who offer good support and friendship.

Some times friends and connects with the love of friends are more important than the grades. I mean, I was there. I had A.L.L. when I was 4. I came out of remission last year, but it was a small scare. I'm clean now. But really, when you've been really sick, it kind of puts life into real perspective, doesn't it?
I think we all get to the point where we say, fuck it. LET ME HAVE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS, especially my friends. Right?
