No, Tigg, but my son (16) attends Connections Academy. He likes it except for the fact that it's a lot of work! LOL! They've been really great, though. He has some LDs and they've worked with him to make his experience a good one. Are you currently home schooled or a parent of a homeschooler?

My daughter is having what we think is school anxiety. She was absent a lot the first marking period and then 5 weeks of the second. I have been looking at all of the options. Thankfully she went back a week ago but it's one day at a time.
Thanks for the recommendation I will check it out. I need to be ready if things get bad again. Trying to catch up has been brutal. She still has a lot of work to do and I don't know how it will all happen.

I was just looking through my past posts and found this one. Well it's almost 5 months later and not much has changed. My daughter is fine for a week or so and then the migraines come back for a week or more. She was in school for 6 days after 10 days out. This morning was another headache.
Yesterday I participated in an online presentation for Keystone HS. I'm hoping to talk to my husband about this tonight. My plan is to have her try one class first right now so we can get an idea if this is something that might work. Then she can sign up for next years classes. It's time to realize that this is only going to get worse. Time to try something else.

Well we decided to try one class. If this seems to work well for my duaghter we will sign her up for a full schedule starting in June. That way she can work through the summer. Assuming things are still going well she will continue and I'll take her out of school. If not she can continue with public school in September.
Wish us luck!!
