Hi...
ok, I just got my SAT results today and pretty much: I'm one of the most stupid people in the world....
I hate it, I hate that I ever even took it...I can't believe how inadequate I am
I know that's stupid
but god, I feel so incompetent at life at everything
I'm socially inept, and now I'm academically inept as well
that's just fantastic

sorry I just had to vent
I hate myself so much sometimes, school makes me feel like crap
worthless

" Try taking the ACTs, they're a completely different test and if you do poorly on the SATs, you will probably do better on the ACTs. "

" Yeah I saw mine today too and started crying. I hate the test with a passion. Why should a test determine your future? And it is stupid that you have to pay for the test.
It was the worst test ever.
I suck really bad a math. I think my brain does not work with it. I am failing my math class right now. I have a 59% and I am a senior.
I understand what you are going through. Lots of times I feel really dumb "

" I feel like standardized testing is designed to make people feel bad. I hated the SATs with a passion. My school mandated this awful SAT prep course..so basically 3 hours every Monday I was falling asleep listening to some guy "educate" us. Yeah, that didn't help me at all. I agree with maddi716- the ACT was a lot easier to get through, and doesn't mandate the writing part if you don't want to take it. The nice thing about the ACT is that it's an average rather than a combined score, so if you do bad on Math and good on English, your English grade will pull up your composite score. I'm a senior and I just took the ACT last weekend...I'm nervous for my results. "

" Don't worry too much about it. Colleges are beginning not to look only at your SAT scores because they are just numbers, as long as you show that you are an intelligent person with your grades and you have commitment to something or responsibility, your life is not over. "
