" I can try to help you with some of your questions. So to remain organized, you definately will want a planner or some calendar to write nightly assignments as well as appointments on. I use a school planner to write down homework, and my phone's organizer to keep track of appointments. To avoid procrastination (which so many of us seem to be good at), set a schedule for yourself. Do homework for an hour or so, then take 10 minutes for yourself. Try to reward yourself for finishing assignments, etc. Set a goal to motivate yourself- a possible career, college, etc. Reward yourself for your successes, and learn from your mistakes. As for friends, try to put yourself out there. Join different clubs and sports to try to meet as many people as you can. You'll be surprised at how many awesome people you'll meet. "
