I am 37 and just found out that my HDL is only 4 total cholesterol is 125 and trigly are 125. I feel like I am in good shape I bike 16 miles a day, surf and hit the gym 3 to 4 times a week. I have been trying to eat a low fat diet and am doing fish oil, flax seed oil and niacin. Does the HDL problem mean I am at extremely high risk of CAD?
