Every time I see a doctor my blood pressure is always high, 140s to 160s over 90s to 100s. When I am at home it always runs in the 120s to 130s over 80s. I just dont which one is right. Can anyone give me some insight?

" Its probable higher at the docter's because you are anxious. The best thing to do is take your moniter to the docter's office and check it to make sure its accurate; If it is then you know your readings at home are correct. "
