I was on Monoplus for 4 weeks, but it brought my kidney function down, so I am now on Monopril 10mg in the morning. It is strange but they make me feel dizzy too. I thought that only came with low b/p. Has anyone else been on this med?

Monopril is in the same class as Monoplus (ACE inhibitor). One of the known side effects of both is dizziness. But Monopril has something (phosphonate) added to make it metabolize better, so even at the same dosage you may be getting more of it in your system. That could be the difference.
If you still have kidney problems your doc may want to switch you to a statin, which is another class of drugs with its own set of problems :-(

my higest ever was 230/130..and i felt great..they took it 5 times in 1 hour..it started at 190/120..stress related..lowest ever o this minoxdil was 80/46..fainted once came to it was normal..go figre
