Ok after all your nagging ()  I finally went to the doctor.   She said that it is not gout.  She ordered x-rays of my left knee and it showed I do have arthritis.    She said our joints are a better barometer than the weatherman's and thus my pain.   It is cool and overcast here today and my knees are both aching as is my left wrist too.  ...
