I recieved conformation of my best friend Tom visiting me. He will leave his home in Calgary AB. Saturday morning and should arrive at my home Sunday night around 9 or 10pm on the 27th...Just 12 more days. YES! I've been waiting for this since mid January!!! He will visit me for 1 full week! I am so fortunate where I live that I can choose to walk along the riverbank to the local shops (avoiding traffic). I just love to watch the goings-on and forget about myself for a while. I was thinking today about paths - and I much prefer the paths made by nature to the concrete ones we construct!
