" I suppose it would depend on how severe it can get. I personally find that managing my health, by eating right, drinking LOTS of water and exercise helps dramatically. When I do this my flare ups are still there but become minimal and is nothing a hot compress can't take care of. "

" I get plenty of rest and avoid physical activity. So I guess it depends on what triggers your flare ups. They suggest that smoking is a factor and I am trying to quit. I quit drinking and avoid activities on days that I work all day. Its miserable, but pain free. "

" Thank you for the suggestions. I can't see to find a trigger. It is almost like breathing upsets them lol I have PCOS and I think that plays alot into but we can't seem to manage my hormones and because I am young the doctors won't do a hysterectomy like I think I need. I drink lots of water and green tea and my diet could be better, I'll try that. I use hibiclense and another antibacterial soap which seems to help a little. It has just gotten to the point where I get flare ups that dont seem to want to heal and they are very very very painful. If you can think of anything else i'd grately apperciate it. Thanks again "
