There are many people that use the NdYag for laser hair removal and to treat other skin ailments. However, the best way I've discovered them is by calling the dermatologists, individually. Unfortunately, even though some laser centers use this laser, their method may not be the same as the one used to treat HS. For example, I'm not sure if laser hair removal centers would be helpful, although many use the NdYag. I'm just not sure the procedure is the same. From what I've seen the NdYag laser technique used for skin treatments and tattoo removal is not the same technique used for laser hair removal.

Also, even though a doctor might use the NdYag, he might not approve it for HS treatment.
