Fiber drinks are great for coating the stomach and intestines and offer good relief for me. It creates a jelly substance that is very soothing.

" As far as Iknow that is also what Gaviscon does. But what you are taking is natural so that is better. I had a natural pharmacy make up a Gaviscon substitute that is 100% natural and it also works great for me. "
