Hi, I'm curious why you have written down that lemon is an Alkaline food product as I thought it was an acidic product.

Yes, it is acidic but apparently, like all fruit, it converts to alkaline in the body.

The biggest help I have had that has stopped me getting sick was finding a good kinesiologist and having her check every type of food and drink I mainly had to see if my body was comfortable with it. She established quite clearly what was bad, what was neutral (neither good or bad - and hence a waste of time eating it) and what my body was happy with. It has been invaluable and has worked 100% so far. The only attacks I have had since then is when I have slipped up. I was previosly at the stage of 12 hour major attacks and even burping when I only had a tiny sip of water and nothing else - sometimes without even any water. I couldn't bend over at all without pain. I was thinking how could I cope for my whole life with this. Now at least its confrontable. I keep learning.
