I have been taking 1 or 2 (depending on what I have eaten) capsules of Bio Organics Essential Enzymes.
I can only say they have worked for me to date. Since taking them I have not had one attack. They contain Pancreatin 100mg providing Protease to aid Protein digestion; Liptase to digest fats; Alpha Amylase to digest Carbohydrates; Cellulase 5mg to digest fibre; Tilactase 5mg to digest lactose; Papain 50mg to digest Protein. Beta Hydrochloride 50mg. No added starch, salt,yeast,gluten,articial colours or flavourings. Note: People who have O blood group may be better getting capsules/tablets that don't contain Hydrochloride as they may already have enough Hydrochloic acid in their stomach. sweetie..I just started align and activa yogurt...will let you know how I make out...only on day 3 so...I guess about 2 to 3 weeks you notice a difference...hugs
