ph 24 hour test

Has anyone had a 24 hour ph test?.i have to have one and i am very worried about it.You have to go 2 weeks without any medication, this worries me because I will just be full up with acid. Also I am worried about have the tube in my throat. i get panicky when the food gets stuck in my throat.But if I don't have it done they won't see how bad the acid is.Any help welcomed.

" double check with that...because I was allowed to take my meds...if depends on the dr...I would explain that you need your meds is there another way...the drs here said they used to do it that way but they dont feel that have to do it that way any more...
if they wont let you take your meds ask what are you supposed to do for 2 weeks..run to the hospital every day...good luck sweetie... "
