Saturday I made it through the party. I wanted to go and Ralph's family is great I just didn't want to leave the house my safety zone. Sunday was quiet and today was a little noisy. Well I made two more goals and I did part of one tonight. I go to Aftercare which is people that graduate from outpatient rehab. People depressed,suicidal,addicts. So tonight I went and enjoy myself. I got to talk some about my friend who was like a dad died and about my real dad. It was helpful. I also stay afterwards with some friends ate supper and got to talk to them. I made it home. For the fist time in five years I wore a pair of jeans, now I know for most people this isn't a big deal...but for me it is HUGE!! Well after 4 days I decided to write. I wrote Monday about my good news but other then that I haven't written. I stayed up til 3am on Sunday morning to get homework done.
