I really need some help on getting over my 3 day detox! I've been using heroin for the last 2 1/2 years, & I've successfully quit for 4 months by switching over to suboxin! When I got off the suboxin, I had withdrawls for 2 weeks, & I couldn't handle it, so I relapsed! So here I am again! I HATE withdrawling more than anything! That's why I always relapse! I am now trying to detox again, but I just can't get the first 2 days over! Please people, give me some advice...I'm in desperate need!

The easiest way is to go to a detox. That way you have someone controling the taper of subs. If you don't want to go inpatient, give the subs to someone who will help you detox. When I did it I took 8 mgs for 2 days, then 6 for 2 then 4 then 2 then none. After nothing my only problem was sleeping and chills so get some tylenol pms too. Your best bet is to go inpatient though.
