We all slip Honey The important thing is to accept that you messed up and realize that you can not keep going no matter how good a time it may seem like you are having or how good you may feel while high
You KNOW it is not something you can keep doing. Your luck will only last so long after al land than you will be right back in that place called the Bottom. Believe me with every relapse that Bottom seems to come faster . You need to walk away from it. Either check out a rehab check out methadone, or try suboxone. You have options. As i said in another post though Until we addicts deal with our flaws and our feelings and issues we will always be climbing up and down that slippery slope. The important thing is that YOU can do it. Addicts do it all the time and make it. You can too. Keep the faith that You can get clean You can be in recovery and life can be darn Good You have to give a little effort though

I really don't know where to start.. I joined this site this evening in search for strength and to share my battle with others who feel my pain. I really just need someone to talk with to help me overcome this. I don't know where to post, or search for people on this site, so I randomly fell upon this thread. Just reading these few posts has given me hope.
My doctor and I are the only people that know of my addiction. I have been abusing opiates for as long as I can remember. I have been on suboxone for almost a year, and have failed several times getting off of this drug. I am here to ask for help breaking this chain. I want out. Off of this and never to look back again. I can't talk to my family of friends because I am ashamed of living a lie for so long. So... I ask.. Please lend me a helping hand, and in turn for your generosity and compassion I will forever be in your debt and will extend my services to you in anyway that I possibly can. Please help me and tell me what I must do. JD

In terms of me telling you what to do, that is impossible. The road is for you to decide. I know that simply, my life is better overall when I do not use. LiaRio, I do not know what your whole story is but Suboxone has helped me, even though I did use periodically, it has been better. I find that the lengths of my sobriety increase in about two week increments with continued Suboxone treatement. Also, if all else fails, look into ibogaine hydrochloride.
