Sorry ya`ll I havent written to anyone here in months. My husband was drinkin and I was taking him to detox after detox, E.R.s, etc. His downward spiral from abstinence to beer to vodka to coke to dope was TOO FAST! He simply didnt have another "run" in him. He felt he did, I guess. He was "dibbin and dabbin" , did heroin once and loved it, of course, and the 2nd time, I suppose he wanted just a lil more and it took him out. I came home from work and found him doubled over in "his" chair. I "thought" he was drunk, but when I shook him I felt that he was icy cold and his skin was purple.....I did CPR and when the paramedics said that he was gone..... Anyway just stop messing with that crap!!!!!!!!!! Sorry to bitch....Ijust hate this disease so much! Posted on 07/03/09, 08:07 pm |

I am so sorry to hear about your husbands passing and your continued pain. Maybe if you share some stories good or bad they will help you through. Have you sought any therapy yet? That should be a priorty on your list and I hope that you take advantage of that very useful outlet for yourself.
